Leadership Projects
Within my different leadership roles, I have created and revamped a variety of projects and initiatives for the incoming position-holders. As a leader, it is my mission to empower my team to grow as rising leaders, support one another, and freely express themselves, their thoughts, and their feelings.

Girl Scout Lifeguarding Badge
At Kalahari Resorts in my waterpark supervisor position, I was offered the opportunity to design and facilitate a compressed lifeguard certification program to teach local Girl Scout troops some basic lifeguards saves and crucial information that lifeguards use everyday, including first aid and sudden illnesses. This was a fun and interactive course that helped educate young girls in the community and inform them of saves that could help them in their everyday life around water.

Phi Sigma Sigma Alumni Relations Revamp
One of the major aspects of my sorority that was impacted by Covid-19 was our Public Relations and Alumni Relations. We dealt with tight restrictions on campus, one of which prohibited non-students from entering campus. We would frequently invite alumni to campus events in past years, and it was hard to incorporate them virtually to things we were doing in person. In my position as Public Relations Chair, I worked hard to create and organize a newsletter to update the Alumni on the events in the chapter and general information about chapter members including the new executive board and graduating seniors. In addition to this newsletter that was shared to the Alumni Facebook Group, I also gathered around a hundred survey responses with home addresses for Holiday cards from a photoshoot that I organized. The responses also included a general comments section which was filled with overwhelmingly positive and appreciative comments.

HCC Themed Pool Days
Coming into my Hospitality Internship at Hershey Country Club mid-pandemic, there were a lot of club traditions that had been pushed to the back burner because of restrictions and liabilities. One of these such traditions was Themed Days at the Pool, where families could enjoy fun activities, cocktails, and decorations, centered around specific themes. I was excited to take on planning these days, including coming up with a variety of games and crafts that families and children could partake in. I also was able to collaborate with the F&B intern to come up with specific cocktails and mocktails to coincide with the theme.

Panhellenic Women's Empowerment & Leadership Workshop
Adjusting to lifting Covid-19 restrictions and dealing with sorority chapter relations further distancing, I wanted to plan an event that would not only bring the sorority women together, but one that would empower them to make a positive impact on the community. I got in contact with the CAMPUSPEAK organization to book an Empowerment and Leadership Workshop with speaker Alexa Rae Carlin. Through this project, I was able to go through the process of booking a speaker, reserving rooms, and filling out contracts.

YCP Young Alumni Council - Greek Alumni Network
In July 2022, I was elected to serve on York College of Pennsylvania's Young Alumni Council and was later elected as Social Chair. While I was new to this position, I already have numerous goals and objectives. My main goals to delve into in this position are strengthening relationships between active organizations and alumni, and to participate in mentoring current college students on how to prepare for graduation and life after. My first major project has been creating the YCP Greek Alumni Network on LinkedIn.
